Frank fixed my kitchen sink and took care of all my questions. Thanks for the great service. Once again Emerald Plumbing has provided excellent service. David Kelly was efficient. He replaced the flange on the toilet and the post inside the tank. We thought it was all better but he had to return a week later to run a snake to the septic tank. His hard work finally paid off. A fully functioning toilet is a great thing. Thank you David!

Emerald Plumbing Company Review Dated: July 10th, 2024 Hugo & Myrna, My wife & I would highly recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone that needs a Re-Plumb. Your company’s attention to customer care is exceptional when compared to any and all of your competitors. We all know that things can happen sometimes during a re-plumb and we were no exception. Our wall size mirror with lighting in the master bathroom broke while re-plumb was being performed. Your quick reaction toward resolving this problem was very much appreciated by this customer. To make a long story short, Emerald immediately purchased a new mirror, with lighting built-in, and contracted with an installer company to work the entire installation,..i.e. wiring, drywall repairs and mounting. This contractor (Front Door Solutions/Jeremy & Pat) definitely knew what they were doing, they were very nice to work with and did a clean remarkable job. Final Comment: Good Plumbing companies are hard to fine and tend to be more concerning from start to completion. Emerald is NOT in that category. Matter a fact, they are not just Good but are Great at what they do. If you are looking for a Plumbing company that you can depend on and not worry so much pick Emerald. They will take care of your needs in a professional, personable and timely manner all at a reasonable price. Over the last year we have had 3 leaks in our copper lines throughout our home. I started to research companies around Central Florida to replace all the copper with pex pipe so we wouldn’t have to worry about leaks any longer. I try to go with the smaller companies because I have always found them to be the most honest. After getting 4 estimates we decided to go with Emerald Plumbing. The owner came out and gave the estimate himself, which was nice. He was very knowledgeable. We set up the date. A few days prior to them arriving Myrna called to confirm and went over the entire process again. She was also knowledgeable and she took great pride in “her guys” which made me even more confident that I had chosen the right company. Hugo, Darren, Brian, and Randy showed up on time and ready to go. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to deal with. Even the drywall company that came in to patch a few holes were a delight. They did a beautiful job and you would never have known there were cuts in the wall. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company with good morals! That can go along ways in the world today. This is a very family oriented company that I feel comfortable going into any of my families homes!

Absolutely horrible place. I would say the office “manager” was the one who made it the experience it was but here it is. Called for water softener install and they cancelled 30 minutes before and got angry with me when I called them out for me having to take a day off to get work done. Then I mistakingly called them and Had a vanity installed which was 2 pee traps, 3 1/4 shut offs, 2 single home faucets and caulk bowls. Worker was in and out my front door total of 60 times with an 800.00 price tag. Called to speak to owner to open a conversation and was told I couldn’t and spoke with the same angry office manager that just shuts you down stating there price. Unwilling to listen to anything. Would not recommend this company. Forced to contact state license board and bbb. Unfortunate. I see your reply below which I believe is inaccurate. You literally tried to trap me in saying I didn’t want to pay. And I even in fact said I did not say that. Now you may have quoted your hourly rates up front. But the fact that Somone spent over an hour walking out and back in my door did in fact cause me to call in to dispute and open a conversation with the owner. paying is no problem. You can ask the plumbing company I had come out in place of your cancellation of the previous job. But again when I called to discuss, you immediately shut me down even when I said I had proof. I appreciate you have been in business a while but that is irrelevant to the experience I had. This is no vindictive review. It’s an experience that I went through. Nothing more , nothing less. Was I upset? Not when I called. But when someone tries to explain something and you just tell them they are wrong. Even after I said I have it all ion a ring door bell you would only repeat we quote our prices upfront. Was I getting frustrated? Absolutely. Was I abusive? That is a large stretch. You had 0 interest in anything I had to say. Paint it how you will. This gives people something to consider when choosing their service provider. That is all.

I’m so grateful to have been recommended emerald plumbing. We had them out to do a whole house repipe and they were so fast and professional (and much better price than other quotes I got). Just had a tub leak happen and they came out same day, figured out what was happening with the drain and got it sorted. Don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to share how amazing they are!
