Kevin and Mark were amazing! They replaced our tankless water heater and found errors in our water filtration system install that were negatively impacting our house water quality. They were able to fix all the issues the same day! Communication and education was excellent and we will definitely only be calling them in the future. Thanks, guys!

I woke up to find a completely flooded bathroom with a toilet bowl filled to the max and almost ready to spill waste everywhere. I was able to mop up the floor, but couldn’t unclog the toilet. I called White Knight and they told me they were shorthanded but would try to fit us in. They came promptly, and when my issue took longer than expected, they had to get to a previously scheduled appointment but they came back and finished the job before end of the day. Price was fair and communication and interaction was positive. Highly recommend!

I’m not always the glowing review type of gal, but these guys are truly top-notch. Our pipes froze and also the on-demand water heater froze and broke during the recent storms. Despite being slammed by many other similar calls, Chris took the time to reassess the system we had in place since it had never function very well. He recommended another system and did all the calculations in the middle of his busy day in order to get us set up. Both the plumbers that came out to get the septic working again, and the plumbers that came out to install the new hot water heater were excellent. It is rare to find a company of this quality these days, so it feels pretty satisfying to write such a glowing review.

I would not recommend this company. Despite asking a few times the technician sent out would not give me a quote before starting the work, on both occasions they came out to my house. Really regret calling them back out but was in a crunch. The 2nd time was far worse than the 1st. The same technician came back but this time also made a very inappropriate comment to me when I asked for additional details about pricing for service options. When I confronted him at the end of the service he laughed and said “sorry you got offended’ instead of acknowledging his comment was out of line. Ultimately I found him unprofessional on multiple fronts. So far (it’s been a week) the work itself seems to be okay but there are better options – call Olympic Plumbing Technology.

White Knight did a very professional job of re-piping our crawl space with PEX at a fair price below other estimates. The craftsmen who did the work were great. I highly recommend this company.

Chris, Kevin and Kyle were outstanding. I’ve used White Knight a number of times, and each time I had nothing but great results. They are friendly, use high quality parts, the prices are fair and give great value. Best of all, the repairs and installations last. They won’t make up all kinds of unnecessary work, either. Special thanks to the owner, Chris- he’s someone who does business with honesty and does a great job squeezing you in if it’s urgent. Definitely call them before you have work done.
