Very happy with Andy’s Pipe Dream. They answered my call on a Sunday—-so rare— and immediately responded to my request for an appointment on Monday. Being from out of town and only here for 36 hours they were so accommodating. Ryan was professional, funny, on time and very knowledgeable. He was a problem solver and tried everything to save us some money. He is my go to plumber and Andy’s Pipe Dream is on speed dial. If you are looking for a professional team that is honest and on time—oh and answers the phone— call Andy’s Pipe Dream! I had left messages for three other “well-known” plumbers and didn’t hear a peep!

We experienced a strong gas odor in our basement and kitchen; I immediately turned the main gas line off. With a toddler in the house, we called Andy’s Pipe Dream vs attempting our own repair. They were prompt, courteous, and easy to schedule. However, the technician who arrived seemed to have limited experience with gas leak detection. He had difficulty operating the gas detector (required the manual to turn it on) and only spray tested one of the five connection lines. Despite not finding a leak, we were charged $140. Unfortunately, the gas odor returned shortly after using our appliances. Given the safety hazard, we contacted a family friend with 30 years of experience in related fields. He identified three gas leaks quickly with an industrial-grade detector. The leaks were at the oven connection line, the oven ignitor (which caused excessive gas release during ignition), and the Y-splitter supplying both the oven and fireplace. While Andy’s Pipe Dream offered good customer service initially, their visit was pointless. A good reminder that if you want something done right, do it yourself. Edit (7/10/24): The owner’s response to our issue is impressive; he seems to care about his service and the customer experience. Today it’s more common to see businesses become defensive, but instead he offered a full refund and chose to improve internal training. Based on this experience, I’m adding additional stars to my review. His willingness to address the issue gives us confidence we can use this service in the future.

Ryan came and replaced an outside water spigot as well as the toilet in the master bathroom. He was professional, thorough and patient while my dog, who has to be in the middle of everything. This is the second time I’ve used Andy’s Pipe Dream Plumbing and very pleased with their work.

We were doing a full remodel in my bathroom. Contractors had been working on my bathroom for several weeks. A tub was taken out and replaced with a walk in shower. A plumber at Andy’s came out and unfortunately, a mistake was made inserting the wrong sized pipe. I understand mistakes happen, and a half inch doesn’t seem like it would be a big deal, but it caused the shower drain to not fit properly. This was in the final 3 days of bathroom being done. The contractors had to remove/destroy the pan and the weeks of work of tiling. Plumbers had to come back and replace the correct sized pipe. Financially this cost $1300+ to buy a new pan and more labor to correct the mistake and get back on track. The response of Andy’s business was terrible. They blamed the contractor for not spotting the plumbers mistake. They were not taking any ownership or responsibility and hardly any compensation. I don’t really think they grasp the severity of the financial burden. In this economy where blueberries cost almost $10 it’s crucial to make sure your plumbers are double -triple checking their measurements.

Cassie did another great job. One of our toilet tanks leaked. It took her a few minutes to recognize the problem. She made it clear to me how she fixed the problem and was finished in a short time. I trust her work and will call on her again when we have a plumbing issue. Cassie did a great job. She was prompt and efficient. Personable. She clearly indicated the cost with giving options. My faucet works perfectly and looks great. I highly recommend Andy’s Pipe Dream.

Don’t look anywhere else because Andy’s Pipe Dream is the best! Ryan Hill came out and was great. We had a terrible morning with a lot of water damage and he made light of the situation. I highly recommend Andy’s Pipe Dream for any plumbing needs. Ask for Ryan, too!
