My plumbing system had some issues over the weekend. This company provides 24/7 service and they dispatched Nathaniel within 90 minutes to identify the issue. After a thorough inspection, it was concluded that the main valve was defective. Given it was the weekend, fixing it was not going to be straightforward. I chose to wait until the weekday to save on costs. I anticipated the repair to happen around mid-week, but to my surprise, Nathaniel returned Monday morning with the necessary part. Discovered water around the basement trap while attempting to do laundry on Sunday, the drain overflowed, and the toilets stopped flushing. Reached out and had to patiently wait for about 90 minutes as they were engaged with another task. Nathaniel and Barry showed up and did an incredible job clearing and trimming roots in the pipes. Both gentlemen were extremely courteous, wore masks, and maintained social distance. We were satisfied with the plumbing service and will consider them again for routine maintenance in Oakland.
