Late, inefficient, and ineffective at resolving the task at hand. The worker assigned to me, simply didn’t have the skills to address my plumbing issues. The pricing was outrageous and I definitely won’t be booking with this company again in the future if I can help it.

Dealing with this company’s team, including their workers, has been an awful ordeal. Their lack of knowledge and disregard for doing a decent job has made my spouse and I regretful customers. Their work is abysmal. One of the workers puts the same level of neglect and delay on completing the job on time as I’ve observed. Being a homeowner can indeed be stressful and expensive, and that’s when you shouldn’t call these so-called experts.

I have tried to get a hold of someone at this number for Kurt and Sons Plumbing, however, the number is an answering service and does not connect you to Kurt and sons. I tried calling several times to reach this specific company to no avail and now the number is no longer working.

Lucas was knowledgeable, didn’t try to upsell anything, and made sure to resolve the issue. He didn’t run away like a lot of other companies. Professional , clean, on time, and recommended positive options regardless of how huge or small the task was.
