They were really nice! I had scheduled them to repair what I thought was a leak but they graciously allowed me to change the appointment to replacing two faucets that needed it

I have used Tubular Plumbing several times from installation to repair and they are always reasonable in cost, professional, and on time.

I’m currently remodeling a house and tubular plumbing was the one of theonly companies consistently professional. They always returned my calls, their customer service is impeccable and they arrived when they said and did the job they said they’d do, and they have very reasonable prices. If they did more than plumbing i would have hired them to flip the whole house.

I am very pleased with the plumbing services I received from Tubular Plumbing. I had three shower valves replaced, and a drain line installed. It turns out that one of the shower valves was a bit tricky and took a little extra attention. Brent and Maxwell were assigned to this particular job, and I am so glad they were. These two guys demonstrated great customer service, and persisted with the job until I was completely satisfied. I also loved how I received update calls and a follow up call from the office to ensure my satisfaction. I can’t say enough about the whole team at Tubular Plumbing. 5+ stars!

I called and asked for service at my rental property 2 days before Xmas but was told that they didn’t have availability until after Christmas. The lady who does the scheduling mentioned that if they had an opening on the 24th they would give me a call and try to make it out. On the 24th one of their plumbers was dispatched to my property (my renters were suprised to see them as they didn’t call ahead of time), I was not called and had no idea they were coming. The plumber then proceeded to snake the galvanized pipe that was clogged. On Monday I got an invoice for the work. I never authorized the work, nor had any idea that the work was being done. When I called to speak to the plumber who did the work, the scheduler acted like that was unheard of and she would get me more notes on the work done. I didn’t want notes, I wanted to speak to the person who did the job. The business owner stated that he didn’t know how big companies did it, but that his small company doesn’t usually call the homeowner. I should have been called before the work was done, explained the problem, and given options as to a path forward. For instance, replacing the pipe, pressure washing the pipe or snaking the pipe. They never gave me an option and made the decision to snake the pipe on their own. This is not how a service call should go. I appreciate the prompt service and I like to support small businesses, but please call your customers ahead of time. Explain the problem found, give options and get permission to proceed before you do work.

I had what I thought was a toilet leak and turned off the water so said no rush. Luckily they called me the same afternoon and said the last job finished quicker and they could come now if I was home and I said yes. Luckily for me that I did!! Not only was there a leak in the toilet but a pipe had cracked to the bathtub and was spraying water all over!! They were very kind, professional and helpful with helping me lift the carpet to dry since I am disabled! Would recommend them highly!!!

I am so happy with the service I’ve been provided! From plumbing installation to emergency response, these guys have been the perfect company to call. They are prompt, respectful, patient, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. It’s been a relief to work with such solid people! I have a lot of renovations to tackle and I plan to use them whenever the occasion arises.
