Jordan did a great job repairing some old piping at the Legion Hall. My only issue is with your scheduling and messaging, I had a text message telling me that the tech would be there between 8 and 12. Got a message at 9:40 saying he was on the way. I had travel to the Post to meet him. I waited until after 11 for his arrival. The work was done professionally. Well done.

Just had Jake B here to fix a faulty alarm on our sub pump. Jake was super friendly and courteous. He patiently explained exactly what was happening. He was able to diagnose the issue, fix it and then test the repair in a timely manner. I’m grateful. Making an appointment was easy. Five star review. Excellent service.

J Blanton Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Jordan did an excellent job explaining what needed to done in order to fix our problem. Jordan is one of hardest working individuals I’ve ever met. We had multiple things that needed to be done and Jordan made sure each and every one was perfect before he was done with the job. We were lucky to have him. There’s a reason why this company for so long. Intelligent hard working people who do a great job.

Absolutely useless. Paid $159 for “emergency” service that took 9 hours to arrive. We woke up to a pipe leaking in our basement, and expected service today. The technician didn’t even bring tools, or look at the problem. He only brought his tablet and told us we had a leak somewhere, reiterating exactly what I had called and stated. Their quotes were astronomical and unreasonable. It truly felt like they were looking to take advantage of a vulnerable situation. When I called to complain, the customer service rep said she didn’t have access to her manager or her manager’s voicemail. I honestly wish I could give them zero stars for their shady business practices. Don’t waste your time or money here.
