Jon Hancock and his Envirotek crew did an outstanding job on our septic system. They came in, evaluated the entire system, identified deficiencies, proposed corrective actions, and then implemented corrections and improvements. I am much more confident that our septic system is in good working order and will be trouble free for years to come. Many thanks to Jon and his guys for their technical expertise, professional attitude, and workmanship.

I called Envirotek to come out and inspect our septic system thinking that it might need to be pumped out. We’ve lived in our house now for over three years and had not had it looked at since we moved in. We also noticed that when we flushed one of our toilets there was a noise we hadn’t noticed before. John called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and arrived at our house 20 minutes after his call. John got right to work digging out the cover. After opening the cover we talked about the current condition of the system. He performed a sample test and from that determined that there really wouldn’t be any need to pump the system out. We talked about some potential improvements that could be made to increase the efficiency of the system and ensure its longevity. John also suggested some potential causes for our noisy plumbing. Since we weren’t in a position financially to make some of the improvements he recommended, I offered to pay him for his service call which he graciously declined. I would highly recommend this company.

EnivroTek Systems did a fantastic job helping us diagnose, fix and upgrade our septic system when we moved into a new house. Jon came out free of charge to look at the system, give his opinion and then schedule service. He wasn’t pushy and he was honest with his assessment. Not once did I feel like he was trying to upsell me or do more than we asked for. Jon has gone above and beyond to explain the issue we had to me in ways that I could understand, communicate every step of the progress and educate us in the process. If you’re having septic issues, I’d highly recommend calling EnviroTek. They’ve done a superb and professional job.

John H and crew with Envirotech Systems took care of our 30 year old septic tank in a very professional manner. It was very obvious that they knew what they were doing and knew what needed to be done in our situation. Anytime I had questions John explained what was being done, what needed to be done and why. Absolutely great! They knewmy situation was urgent and they came out and replaced our pump professionally and with speed, only took a day to do it. Showed us before and after photos of the work they did, and Jon made sure we were satisfied with the work. Would recommend to anyone!

Jon is very professional and easy to work with. We have an older septic system that was failing and constantly backing up. He was able to provide a plan of action that allowed us to avoid replacing it with a new system. Their process cleared our blocked lateral lines and added a new filtration system along with some other enhancements. The work was completed in March and is still working great!

Jon is very professional and competent at what he does. In addition, he cares about the quality of work he is doing and the satisfaction of his customers.
