I’m a general contractor in the Newberg area and I’ve worked with Titan Plumbing on a couple of projects. They’re good at communicating and giving a fair price, and they do well to get the job done and in my opinion they exceed expectations. It’s hard to find people to do work, let alone do it well and stand behind it, but Titan does this and can be relied on. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs!

Titan was able to respond to our plumbing leak within an hour compared to several other companies who wouldn’t even call me back. Evan showed up, polite, professional and explained in detail what he would do and the total cost. He did an excellent professional job and and made sure he didn’t make a mess when cutting out the drywall for a refrigerator wall leak in the wall. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend Titan Plumbing. What a GREAT job!!!!

Highly recommended! Knowledgeable and responsive. I own an older home and had pipes freeze for the first time. From the dispatch staff who was considerate and knowledgeable to the team that showed up to find my pipes had thawed and reassured me there was no damage and I was in the clear. THANK YOU! Titan Plumbing sent their plumber Evan to my house on 4/13/22. He was very knowledgeable about my drain problem. In short order he diagnosed the cause of my problem and promptly fixed it. His entirely competent work was impressive. And the price he charged me was more than reasonable. I entirely recommend Titan Plumbing.

The technician Evan came out for what I requested to replace a bathtub faucet and a leak under the kitchen sink. After $100 charge for putting glue on the leak and being told he would need to write an estimate and can’t do the faucet that day, I am left with no communication. I was told I would have an estimate in a few days, 2 weeks later there has been no estimate or communication. I explained a date I needed this completed by and asked if that could be met before he left the house, he stated yes. I’ve called the office a few times to be told they will be getting the estimate to me in a few days. Communication goes a long way and without the communication it can really damage a business. I would have been okay if they called and said they weren’t interested in doing it, but I am not okay with being brushed off and left with no communication. I do not recommend a company that doesn’t communicate and glues a leak. Where is the professionalism in this?
