It was the day before the Fourth of July, so we were very happy with this prompt service! The delivery people were helpful, answered our questions and did an excellent job.

Purchased kitchen range and it was delivered and installed within several days. Installers were polite and worked efficiently. Used stove same day for baking and preparing dinner. Worked well. I think I will like the new features also.

Danielle was friendly and efficient. Paul H. arrived, listened to what I said and then took care of furnace maintenance and found the problem with our AC. He was knowledgable and explained. He also did some research about the needed part and reported his findings before he left. He came back today with the needed part and installed it. The AC works again! Wonderful service. THANKS! GSM cares about their customers.

Got a quote for a 2100 square foot roof for over 55 thousand dollars!!! That’s labor ONLY!! I tried to call and talk to someone but they only forward the call to Andrew, the guy that made that quote. It also took him 3 weeks just to give us that quote. It’s extremely obvious that GSM does not want customers for doing roof jobs.

My husband and I got all our appliances from them, and they also installed them. From beginning to end, it was a disaster. They charged our credit card twice, dropped our oven on our laminate wood floors and dented them, installed our stove top wrong. Now, every time we turn on our oven or open the oven door, the timer starts and will not shut off, and we need a new dishwasher because an ERROR wiring code pops up after starting it. We spent good money there and should not have had as many problems as we did. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER USE GSM. I reviewed my experience with this company, and the owner reported me to google. I have proof in email, that I was charged twice. I have proof on my floors, that they dented them, and anyone from GSM can come to see my malfunctioning appliances after installation.

Had our heating system boiler go bad in middle of the winter. GSM was able to order and install a new boiler and our home was heated again!
