I called Connally plumbing on a Tuesday afternoon for a mysterious slow leak I had noticed and they were at my house less than 24 hours later! Jordan came and went right to investigating the cause (which ended up being from our A/C unit). Since it had been less than an hour, he asked if there was anything else he could look into for me. I showed him an annoying sound that is made in one room in my house when the bathtub is running from across the house. He went right to work and investigated and took care of a noise that’s been bothering and puzzling us for 8 months! Thank you, Jordan and thank you Connally Plumbing. We will definitely be calling you guys for all of our future plumbing needs

This is the second time I’ve used Connally Plumbing in New Braunfels and I was very pleased with their customer service and work. Most recently, my water heater was leaking from the copper piping and causing a mess in my garage. I called Connelly on a Friday morning, and a few hours later they were able to come by and get the leak fixed in under an hour. They replaced the copper piping and fittings so I can easily fix it myself next time. Very good response time and high quality work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I have attached the before and after photos.

Evan and his coworker were very professional. They were looking out for me, fixed the problem quickly. This is the second time we have used Connally Plumbing with the same experience. We will continue to use Connally for all of our plumbing needs.

Josh did a great job diagnosing and replacing worn out sink garbage disposal at my mom’s house. Replaced all hoses, installed new unit (parts were on the truck, no waiting or return visit needed), ran leak tests, for pressure, hot and cold. He was a true professional. Set expectations. Showed up as promised on time, thoroughly explained to my mother what he was doing and why. Courteous and communicated well. Mom gives Josh a “gold star”. Will continue to use Connally Plumbing as our go-to team in the New Braunfels area.

Love these guys. Easy to get a quick appt, very nice people and always work clean. Pricing is very reasonable. They are always are my first call. Had Evan and Bryan to the house today for an issue and they fixed quickly.

These guys are the best. From the office staff to the technicians that completed the work!! Polite, clean, timely and knowledgeable!! I’m pretty sure they left the work space cleaner than it was when they arrived!!! Will definitely use them again!!!!

Connelly Plumbing were a lifesaver when we had a sudden foundation leak. They were quick to send someone out and give us options. Evan and Rylan did our repair and were great at explaining what the options were and getting right to work to get our water leak stopped and our house back to normal. 10/10 would call them again.
