I had a new toilet installed, the work was amazing. It was done professionally and timely. The area of the bathroom was very clean after the installation I didn’t need to do anything. I would give them 5 stars plus Great Job!

Wagner Plumbing installed a battery powered back up sump pump. About 4 years later I had them out to change an outdoor spigot from the hot water line to the cold water side. An incorrect hookup they did when my condo was built. I was not home at the time, they sold my wife a new expensive battery for the back up sump (which was not needed) and absconded with my perfectly good (4 year old) deep cycle, expensive battery. It is disappointing when a contractor that claims to be Christian, even has Bible verses written on the truck, is so dishonest.

After several calls with no response for additional follow up work with Jacob, my call was answered and I was given the names of other plumbing companies and informed that they no longer do residential work, only commercial.

Originally had a great experience, Austin (Steve’s son) installed 2 water heaters for me (one at our main house and one at our 2nd house) both experiences with him were great. Unfortunately I am updating my 5 star review from 2018 to 1 star in 2022. We found out later when we went to sell our house that the water heater was not permitted and the city was requiring it. I reached out via phone, email and text over the course of two months and got the same response “received”. Steve was extremely rude after 2 months and getting close to the day of needing to sell the house he responded with “I’m busy, I’ll get to it when I get to it”. Completely unprofessional and had to get the city involved who said it would literally take 10 minutes. He also ignored the city and we found out that part of the water heater was also not in compliance, which he probably knew. 2 more weeks went by and we ended up having to have the entire water heater replaced by a new company who actually did things to code and pulled the required city permit… just in time to sell our house later that day. I would highly discourage anyone who actually needs compliant work done to go through him. He was unprofessional and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him because they didn’t do their job right.

Steven Wagner Plumbing is far by the best plumbing company you could ask for. If it was possible to give this business a 10 star review I would. I met Jacob first who set the bar very high by fixing a serious repair at my yoga studio with great ease. I knew I found a wonderful company to do business with! Later, Austin completed a home job which others deemed “an impossible job” with dedication, expertise, professionalism, and kindness that can not compare. Both Jacob and Austin are hard working, honest, and the best out there. If you want a job done right the first time, call Steven Wagner Plumbing. You will not be disappointed.
