I had called them for 3 different repairs. A single sink, toilet, & a 3 sink. I opted to only having 2 done as that would have been $600 instead of $1000 for repairs. (The toilet and single sink.) I hoped the 3 sink would last awhile. After my 3 sink broke completely a couple weeks later I called for repair. They said they wouldn’t do repairs since I wouldn’t do all 3 at the same time and it wasted their time coming out again. I’m not sure what the issues where and if there were any I was not informed! I ended up going with waters plumbing. They have been great!

My family and I always had great services until I had to call today. It seemed like the person on the phone did not want to help. To keep it brief I told them my issue, they told me they can’t have someone come till Monday. Later on in the call I find out she never checked, as she said let me actually see what’s going on Monday. And also told me as other emergency pop up over the weekend I would have to wait. Our hot water heater isn’t working, we have no hot water. But I guess that’s not an emergency or important. Overall this time I felt very uncared for she didn’t even care what was wrong just said it’ll be this much + parts thanks bye. And she was arguing with me that plumers don’t do free estimates tht its 100 dollars to find out what’s wrong🙃. so yes, I went to tureks and service was great I will be going there for the lifetime of my house now probably.

On time and friendly, got out same day for a bad leak leading to sewage backup. They troubleshooted and fixed it within an hour or so

Fair prices and we’ve always been able to get service right away when needed. Excellent customer service and they go the extra mile. They always send the same plumber which is a nice touch in building a relationship.

They installed hot water heater in Forest Junction but wont return to repair or replace as its suddenly too far. When calling for an appointment for someone to check a leak I was told, “It needs to replaced”. When I asked if someone could check it first before replacement of a large expensive item I was told ” that would be a waste of our time”. Fyi- I wasnt even talking to a plumber. Need customer service lessons. Of course, after it was checked, if it needed to be replaced, of course I am prepared to purchase a new one. BUT I should be allowed to hear that from a service professional who has actually looked at it, not a snarky tired “not plumber” on the phone🙄

, friendly, professional, and fair! Fixed more than I thought was there! I like Ogden because they don’t charge a minimum service like everywhere else. They do the work at their rate+materials. Definitely my go to plumber.

Our Tech was super nice, asked how we wanted to proceed after explaining options to my wife. Was quick and efficient with his work and save me a day a grumbling and making multiple trips to the hardware store.
