I am very happy with my new system. Schultz septic was amazing from start to finish. Trevor was very informative, respectful, and transparent about my options and all involved. I cannot express how much I appreciated that he made me feel comfortable with my choice, even to use their services, but even more importantly, he was great about checking in and communicating at each step. He checked in and told me what was happening and what to expect, even considering the rain and my crazy-high clay content. I appreciated the worker’s professionalism and willingness to explain and answer my questions. They treated my property with respect and left everything looking fabulous. I never expected to say that it actually looks better than when they started. Thank you very much!

Trevor, the owner of Schultz Septic was one of the best contractors that I have dealt with. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the top grade, Trevor was a 12. I live on the Whitehall side of White Lake and everything that we have to do with our house is always difficult with lots of muck and small streams. Due to these difficult circumstances, Trevor spent an extra week at our house installing a modern septic system. I fully expected Trevor to add a significant amount to my original quote. To my shock, Trevor stuck to his original bid and said that is how he runs his business. Amazing. In summary, once I find a contractor that is excellent, I stick with them. Trevor will be my septic guy for life. I HIGHLY recommend Trevor for any homeowner dealing with septic issues. You won’t be sorry.

The service I recieved from Schultz Septic Service was in a word, impeccable!! My old system was shot, the drain field was saturated and a new field needed to be dug in the middle of February!! Trevor assured me they install systems during the winter months all the time and it can be done within 2 days!! It was necessary to dig the new drain field further out in my back yard and therefore a dosing tank and lift pump was also installed to insure proper operation for years to come. During the switchover to the new system, there was no need to stop doing my normal daily household business. It was a seemless transition. It will be 2 years since the installation of my new system this coming February and I have had zero problems!! The price was fair and reasonable. I’m so glad Schultz Septic are the ones in charge of my septic system for years to come. I highly recommend them for your septic needs.

We woke up this morning to find that our septic tank needed to be pumped out. I called Schultz at 8am, Trevor called me back in less than 10 minutes, and had Jeremy here a couple of hours later! Absolutely the best customer service from both Trevor and Jeremy! They both questions to make sure there were no other issues. Both were extremely knowledgeable! Jeremy was super friendly and even took time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Schultz and will definitely be using them for any future needs! Thank you Trevor and Jeremy for making today less stressful!
