Called on three separate occasions to get a quote for a bigger home repair job. Each time was told they would be out on different days. Each time was a no show. Could at least call or say they’re busy instead of me being home on specific days and no one showing up wasting my time. They’re only getting two stars because I used them in the past and they repaired a leak the same day. I expect people to keep their word. After 3 separate no shows I will not use them in the future.

I called, they got someone out in a few days, fixed the problem, and I just got the invoice. Reasonably priced! Thank you for the fast and professional service. Feels hard to come by these days, and we appreciate it!

Had an appointment today. Nick showed up, checked our gas meter and pipes for leaks. Very polite and responsive to all the questions that I had to ask him. Had the job done in good time. Would recommend others to Kirk Butcher Plumbing. It’s comforting to know that there are still good people in this world! People who love people! Thanks Nick!

I have used this plumber in the past with no issues. They’ve always came out promptly, generally that day. So when I had a toilet clog, I called them again. A plumber was sent and everything was fixed. While here, he noticed the flap was going to need replaced soon and he offered to do it. I agreed because he was already here, why not? Once he left, I noticed randomly the toilet tank would refill every 15 minutes or so. I assumed it was a quick fix and I could YouTube a couple things to fix it, even replaced the flap again and had my husband look at it. I called back to see what could be done and Dawn was very dismissive with my concerns telling me that a toilet clog would not cause that. I was nothing but polite and was even half expecting to receive another service charge. Disappointing but did understand I had waited a few days to notify them. What I was not expecting was rudeness. I explained the plumber did replace the flap. Dawn stated that wasn’t shown on her end. I stated I was charged for both the labor and the parts for it. She lets out an exasperated sigh and says “well I don’t know when it’ll be, but it won’t be today!” Ok fine, I never said it had to be today. 3 days have passed and I’ve yet to receive a call. Unacceptable. I’ll be using a different company from here on out.

The receptionist, Dawn was very short & condescending. She interrupted me and was short asking me my address and apartment complex, and cutting me short when I told her what I needed, she insisted 3-5 hours. I know it’s nowhere near that, because maintenance could do it, if corporate would ok it. (They won’t)
