I called for service at 8 am because we were unable to use any water in our house and at 8:45am Jay arrived and started evaluating our situation. (Water was bubbling up from our downstairs toilet!). He began working and at 10am Jones, Jemal, Chris and Larry arrived. They quickly pumped out our septic tank while Jay finished rodding from the toilet to the tank. Jay was incredible. He protected our carpet and totally cleaned up after the work was done. We were extremely happy with their prompt and efficient service. We highly recommend this company. Thanks for taking such good care of us!!!!

Great customer service starting with the guy that answers the phone to the tech that does the work. Other plumbers Ne*ce, for example don’t even return your calls. Feikema does good work. Highly recommended.

Jimmy and John addressed all my issues. Fixed laundry line, sump pump and new pipe and spicket. Easy to work with and gave me suggestions. This company is very down to Earth and doesn’t try to rip you off! They are great 😊 Oh, and I have a septic and they do a phenomenal job with that. My go to place as long as I’m here in Indiana! …

Just want to give a shout out to Feikema Plumbing. They came out to our house last month when water was coming up through our floor drain. Another plumber told us that the blockage was probably under our floor and we would need to rip it up. Feikema came out, went into the main clean out and rodded it and got whatever was in there unstuck and no more water in the basement. They get right to the problem and don’t mess around. Feikema had to come out today to unclog our bathroom sink. Jimmy, the tech, was great. He told my husband not to put the gel drain opener down the sink anymore and to get something different. But Jimmy got right to work, unclogged the sink and now it works like a champ. This company is great and I will never go with anyone else again!!
