I had a water service leak, gallons of water pouring out. It was not serviceable through Aqua NC. All they could do was turn off my water. I needed a plumber. I’m so glad I found Lake Norman Plumbing. Steve, the owner assured me it would get fixed today. They arrived within a few hours of my phone call. Thomas and Coby did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Lake Norman Plumbing is trustworthy, professional, and they do great work for a fair price. Steve the owner is an awesome guy and you deal directly with him and his guys are top notch. It’s a small locally owned company and they stand behind their work. Other larger companies in the area will charge you way more for the same work.

Lake Norman Plumbing and his crew quickly turned up on replacing the tank water system to tankless in no time and with very quality of work. The price seems very competitive. Steven worked closely with my insurance and has shown significant patience while insurance was asking for more details. Thank you LKN Plumbing for taking care on time.

Steve was prompt with following up on a request and thoroughly explained the steps for installing a tankless water heater. Additionally, the installers were extremely professional and efficient during the install. Steve even came out to ensure satisfaction and quality of installation. We just a had whole-house filtration system installed along with a recirculating Rinnai water heater. Steve was amazingly responsive, patient with our questions and extremely helpful. So refreshing to find someone who still cares!!

Steve & the guys were quick to respond and replace our leaky water heater. We decided to get the tankless & we love it so far. We reported the issue on Friday afternoon, they had it quoted and replaced by Monday afternoon. I am now able to fill my tub full with hot water!!
