Jonathan was my technician and he was very friendly , respectful and understanding of my emergency. I highly recommend Unrivaled for all your plumbing needs, I look forward to working with them in the future!

Highly recommend! Mike and Unrivaled plumbing are amazing. Super friendly, thorough, showed up when they said they would (even early, which was awesome) and do great, reliable work. Mike even followed up the day after the job asking if everything was still working well.

Revision and clarification after Unrivaled’s response: It is true that your dispatch fee was explained up front. And it is true that your technicians called to let me know they could show up early and did so. Thus two stars instead of one. What is also true is that $915 is price gouging, in my opinion. The diagnosis was, your drain might be blocked, which I had already diagnosed. Minimal inspection was done to verify that, so 5 minutes later, your team drove away with $79 in your pocket. I did receive an online receipt for that, thank you. I ultimately got the drain jetted and video inspected by a different company, with NO dispatch fees, and a total cost almost 1/3 less than the quoted price. None of this is any reflection on the technician. He was working off of the company’s price sheet, which he showed me. Your two stars are well earned. Original response below: I’m giving Unrivaled 2 stars because they showed up before the time window they initially provided me. I’m also giving 2 stars because: 1. They charged (and collected) a $79 dispatch fee. 2. They arrived, listened to my problem, and then quoted me $915!!! This was ridiculous! (A different plumber fixed my clog for $350 with no dispatch fee.) So, my experience was a 5 minute visit, followed by a stupid high quote, followed by me handing over $79 dollars, for NOTHING! My recommendation, don’t do business with Unrivaled.

In desperation I called for help. Mike Pomeroy came quickly and fixed me up in a matter of minutes. In our ensuing conversation I was able to tell that Unrivalled Plumbing is exactly that, from top to bottom. I commend them to you with great enthusiasm. They will be my go-to company from now on.

I told them exactly what I needed repaired over the phone but they refused to provide a quote and said they needed to come in person for a mandatory service fee to use software on their phone to analyze the price. The day of the appointment they asked to come early for their convince, took one look at the repair and quoted me a patch price 7 times the cost of materials and tools for complete replacement that took only an hour for an unskilled person like myself. They didn’t use any phone software and also said they would need to shop for parts first despite telling them ahead of time what was needed and the parts being so extremely common every plumber/HVAC should have them in their van. They were friendly at least so that was only positive experience. I’d look elsewhere for simple repair jobs.

We had an emergency and they were able to get us on same day. Mike was prompt, very friendly and professional. Ended up being a city responsibility but he fixed a leaking valve while he was here. Definitely recommend!!

Good plumbers in Montrose are always hard to find and I decided to give Unrivaled a chance due to the good Google Reviews. The good: The plumber fixed a minor issue with my toilet (for free if you don’t consider the $79 cost they charge to come out) but I had to come back out to grab him since it was not fixed correctly the first time. The bad: I asked for a quote to fix a leaking sink and was quoted $535 for the repair. The plumber explained that there was just a small piece of broken pipe that needed to be replaced and when pressed for detail he said the work would take about an hour. I explained how other plumbers in the area are charging $105-$115/hour and that this quote just didn’t make sense given the parts and labor required. Apparently this was a “computer” generated quote although it was just written out with a total number on a piece of paper, but it was not itemized by parts/labor and felt like price-gouging. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Unrivaled did an amazing job. They got us in within a couple hours and Mike was even early. He was very professional and cleared our drain quickly. Cleaned up after himself and offered a free follow up. I would suggest them to anyone in the montrose area.
