I’ve needed a plumber multiple times this year for emergencies. Water pressure issues originating with my water main and my water heater stopped working for electrical reasons. These guys were competent, timely, respectful, and found ways to save me time and money. They were very professional and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. I got quotes from other companies that were much higher, but even though the problems became more complicated and involved than originally expected, they didn’t leave until the job was complete and didn’t charge me more than the original bid. Best customer service ever.

Ben never let me know when he would set an appointment. I gave him 2 days after I texted my address to him, as he asked for when we spoke on the phone. Creepy Weird.

Contracted with Creative Plumbing Solutions to replace a broken water heater. Ben and his team performed superbly. Job was done on schedule, high quality installation, and amazing value. I give kudos to Creative Plumbing Solutions for being able to execute on the project on very short notice. I will use Creative Plumbing Solutions in the future. Highly recommend them.

Ben answered my call and came over the same day to help figure out water leakage problem from the bathroom upstairs to the ceiling. He was fast, respectful and very nice (I had so many grumpy plumbers in the past with a negative attitude). I saved his number for any future problems. Hopefully no more leakage!

Ben came out after one of my cast iron pipes failed and leaked water under my sink. I got lucky and he was able to come out the same day. He stopped by and had it fixed in an hour. He was great to talk to and gave me a reasonable price. He will be my first call any time I need plumbing work. Really appreciate him and his guys.

Found out that our main water line out front was leaking. My husband started to dig and we where hoping to fix it ourself. We had flagged Beniamin down (he has just gotten off a job with a neighbor) and he just jumped right in to help fix our problem. Super professional and a delight to work with! Fixed our issue in under and hour and made it so my husband didn’t have to day a day off work to finish fixing it. Complete life saver, couldn’t recommend him enough!

Very good outcome with total kitchen remodel requiring two sinks, instant hot water, dishwasher remove/install, garbage disposal install, Viking gas stove reconnect. Very pleasant & friendly, kept working without breaks, took time to offer some tips, explained his work, even volunteered to do us an after-project favor. Everything works fine! And good value for the price charged. We will recommend them to our friends. They’re our new go-to-plumber.
