My grinder pump alarm went off and Blake came by after hours on a Friday to assess and service my pump. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered and did so. I’m a nurse and I know that customer service is extremely important. Pam was also extremely professional and they communicated with me throughout the whole process until it was completed. I would highly recommend.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise you one price over the phone and then the price changes when they send out the actual person to do the work. Terrible. You are right i never let you do the work because you lied to me over the phone and sent a crackhead out to diagnose a clogged septic line in my year and your crackhead tried to tell me i needed a entire new line! Again terrible. I called to tall to the manager pf the office and they refused to call me back!!!!!!!! This was 6 months ago!!!!! DO JOT USE THIS COMPANY///NOW THE OWNER IS BLOWING UP MY WIFE PHONE TO TALK ABOUT THE BAD REVIEW! You should have thought about that when you refused to call me back 6 months ago!!!! AGAIN TERRIBLE COMPANY!! THE OWNER IS THE ONE THAT GAVE ME THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN THE CRACKHEAD SHOWED UP AND QOUTED ME FOR A BRAND NEW SEWER LINE THAT WAS NOT NEEDED FOR $3000. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THE ONLY THING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY PIPE WAS IT WAS CLOGGED $250!!! Terrible
