If you want to know how I actually feel check out my review on Y e l p. One of the most unpleasant, unprofessional contractors I have ever dealt with. Stay far away EDIT: The owner refuses to accept response ability for his reprehensible behavior. My bank, Bank of the West, was purchased by BMO and it caused all kinds of chaos. My bank manager has offered to explain and apologize for the SHORT delay in getting Petersen Plumbing paid. HOWEVER, he got paid that day but then continued on with his outrageous conduct. Disgusting.

Called Taylor around 7pm and he picked up right away. He sent his great technician Ben our first thing next AM. Super happy with the responsiveness and willingness to create a warm relationship right off the bat. We had experienced a clog and backup of our drain lines which overflowed into our office and bathroom. Ben was able to locate the problem drain lines under the house which were going up and down everywhere, not strapped properly, they were creating bellies that food waste was getting stuck in and causing the backups. He quoted us a very low price to sort everything out and start to finish I was extremely pleased with Ben in every way. Taylor (Owner) really cares about his craft and anyone who uses Peterson will really appreciate the honesty and instant friendly connection that is formed. I 1000% recommend Peterson Plumbing for anyone living in Marin. Best plumbing business out there!
