We met NB plumbing for a drain line break we had in our half bath. Darren came out and quickly identified the issue. They resolved the issue very quickly. We decided to replace our pedestal sink with a new vanity and called NB plumbing for that installation. They did a great job setting up the vanity and sink and it looks AWESOME! They did an awesome job figuring out the problem of a drain backing up in the laundry room. It took a great effect to find out it was two problems with the same drain.

I informed them that the attempt to resolve the hot water issue in my shower was unsuccessful. They graciously scheduled a visit for the next day and replaced the cartridge in my shower.

Ok, so this company charges EXTRA to hack into walls, but NEGLECTED to let me know this! Had I known I would have to pay EXTRA, I would have done THAT part of the job myself! No one gave me the “professional courtesy” to allow me to decide if I even HAD the money or was willing to pay this guy money to hack into my wall! He even broke part of the drywall, marred part of the wall that wasn’t cut! No apologies from anyone, and I, in the meantime, just get screwed!
