Called with a description that my shower had a clog that I was unable to get and that the drain was leaking into the basement. The plumber put a silicone gel around one of the pipes downstairs to seal it but it was not the source of the leak. He also said that he couldn’t fix the clog because he didn’t have a snake. Charged me over $100 to not fix any of the issues I reported to them. Only upside is that the plumber was at least friendly.

HUGE Shout out to Wild’s & their staff!! We had the absolute best experience today. It started with Beth whom answered the phone when we called. She was an amazing listener and took care of our situation STAT. Eric was he plumber who came out to do the job. He also was amazing! He knew exactly what needed to be done, and got it done really fast so we could resume taking care of our patients. THank You so much Wilds, we truly appreciate you.

The front office and the service professionals were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. What really impressed me l, though, was their ability to meet my many needs – they installed a new water heater, updated old valves and outdoor spickets, and even installed a bathroom fan and vented 2 bathroom fans from the attic to outside my home. All for hundreds less than their largest competitor.

Eric came out and checked out what we initially thought was a leak from bad grout. He was able to diagnose the problem back to a faulty pipe. He was entirely clean and respectful, even helping to refer us to professionals that should be able to help remedy some mold, as well as documenting everything for insurance. Thank you Eric!!
