I have to say this is one of the most responsive companies I’ve ever dealt with. We have a drain emergency and Dennis came on time as promised to tackle the problem. His follow-up was awesome and attention to detail as well. I was also impressed with the equipment and state of the art technology they used to determine the problem. The epoxy liner installation was excellent. They were the lowest price of three other bids I received. I have nothing but positive things to say about that. However, during the process of digging my exterior clean-out they unearthed a very old stone-walled septic tank. They offered to decommission it and gave me a proposal on the spot for $5,500 to do so. I baulked at the price and had another professional give me an estimate. Their cost was only $1,300 for an even better service. In addition to performed permitting, inspections and fill (Arrow’s proposal); they also included top soil, grass seed, and hay. They even threw in pulling out an old tree stump that was near the location of the tank! It seems clear to me that Arrow was trying to fleece me in a moment of shock when they unearthed this tank and hoped I would jump at the chance to take care of it. TL;DR: great quality of work, but make sure you get comps and question any upcharges.

My wife and I realized Sat morning that a sewer pipe in our basement was leaking, I reached out to Arrow (bc of their well deserved GREAT reviews) and to my surprise, they were able to come out within an hour of the call. The gentleman that responded was Luis and he was above and beyond in every single way…knowable, professional and patently explained to us what was needed, the issue itself and how they’d go about repairing it. He was back bright and early the next morning and the same went for the entire crew that responded…ea of them meticulously laid tarp, prepped the area and were as professional as could be. They all even put up w our 130lb mastiff who wants to inspect every person who comes and goes haha! They knocked out the work, showed us the actual issues (exactly what Luis anticipated) and made all necessary repairs. I honestly could not be ANY happier w them at all, couldn’t have been handled better, faster or more professionally than they did. The cleaned every single thing they touched and all areas they walked through as well. To say that their price was beyond fair/reasonabe would be an understatement as well. These guys are top notch in every way.

We had the pleasure of working with Arrow this past month on a decent sized plumbing project. Mike was quick to come out and take a look at what was needed. Dennis & Sean were out a few days later and were excellent. Can not say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommend!

OK service. They broke the cable & power line during excavation. Also, had to call call office several times to get job finished (install riser). Still waiting for estimate on overflow pipe replacement & jetting of line.
