I contacted Gene’s in November of 2021 about a septic installation. After speaking with Lou, I contracted a septic designer and had plans drawn and got the permits. He met with my contractor on site and gave an estimate. I accepted the estimate. In January I was contacted and told there was a family emergency and I would be contacted to get scheduled when they were up and running again. I completely understood the circumstances. Now 7 months have passed and I have heard from others in the community he is doing work but has completely ghosted me and now I can’t find another septic installer who can fit the project into their schedule. I have called and left several messages and emails.

Truly appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness. They came out a few hours after I called on a busy, frigid day. Not only did they clear my sewer at a reasonable cost, but they helped me adjust my washing machine drain to make it work properly. I’ll be a permanent customer going forward.

We called Gene’s in spite of being told no new customers were being taken on, Louie and his partner came within 20 minutes and got us unclogged and a broken pipe fixed good enough to get us by until next week when he will be back to replace the old pipes. Great service and great job and price!! Was a real lifesaver for us!! Definitely recommend!!

Quick, professional service.. had a sewer line plugged with tree roots.. came out and had it cleared out in no time… VERY reasonable priced also… will definitely call them again.
