The service provided by this plumbing company is rather questionable and leaves much to be desired. To begin with, when you schedule an appointment, they insist on payment by check, which already raises some concerns. Then, you have the persistent calls from Anna, ensuring that you promptly make your payment for the visit and the plumber has not even arrived. On top of that, their prices are exorbitant, yet they fail to effectively resolve the issue at hand. It’s important to exercise caution before considering reaching out to them for assistance.

This company will straight up try to take advantage of you on a Saturday and charge you 150% more than on a regular day as if we called on a federal holiday. Shady practices, call another company.

Had a shower leak from upstairs bathroom. Guy shows up, rips open my downstairs ceiling looking for a leak. First he say it is the shower valve from upstairs so I pushed back saying shower valves dont leak behind the shower, then he says it is the poly pipe due to age of home and left with a verbal payment estimate and no invoice. He could not see the piping due to mine running in the attic. Had to call another plumber who correctly located and repaired the problem. Stay away from these guys.

I have been using this company for years. They are reasonably priced and always on time. (I always get the first appointment) The guys are always nice and professional. I want to thank Teresa the person who always helps me set up an appointment she is always helpful when trying to schedule my appointments ! I have learned the hard way to always use a plumber, trying to hire a handyman might save you a few dollars but most likely will cost you thousands when the job causes a leak. I only use licensed and insured plumbers. THANKS AGAIN!

Overpriced! $175 plus material to come change the water pipe for the toilet. I ended up getting the pipe for $9.99 at Amazon, watched a 3 min YouTube video and replaced it myself in less than 5 minutes.

Got new toilet installed and the old one whisked out in less than an hour i think! Great service overall ^_^

The installers were very persistent in their work. Although the job was tedious they strategically made a plan and did a great job. I am so appreciative for their outstanding work, professionalism and great attitude. I will certainly recommend them to others. Also, I will certainly use their services in the future. Great company!

Despite being a GC since 12 years, I couldn’t find a plumber for days to fix a Dornbracht shower faucet without breaking the complete wall of a very expensive shower. Finally I called Marlin Plumbing. Michele the receptionist was very professional, organised everything and Eddison showed up on time, very king and very professional..everything was fixed within an hour . Definitely a company one can rely on !
