Great job and quick. Cleaned out the main pipe. Cleaned out my drains in the sinks and tub. Showed me how to remove the drain caps myself. Friendly and clean.

We first called Rainforest for our AC when a microburst fried it with a power surge. It was about midnight and they had someone out early the next morning. They did a great job and no hard selling. Super friendly servicemen. Today it was 110 and our AC stopped blowing cold. Called and Eric came by a few hours later. He was friendly and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficient. We have been very happy with our service.

I had my AC unit installed by Bruce and one other gentleman. They made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Made sure everything was up to code, even when he had to make modifications to improve the transition from an outdated unit to the new one. He answered all my questions at the end regarding upkeep, maintenance, and all the perks that I received by getting the unit and working with Rainforest.

Our A/C stopped working on Saturday afternoon, in the middle of summer. After speaking with Rainforest, they sent out Bruce within a couple hours. Bruce did an excellent job! Bruce was very friendly and even took the time to educate me on A/C maintenance. I strongly recommend Rainforest Plumbing and Air!
