Great experience with this company. I have seen the vans driving around Mentor and happened to stumble upon an ad in one of the money saving magazines that come in the mail. So, I decided to give them a call to replace an outside faucet at my elderly fathers home. Both Tiffany who answered the phone and Tony the plumber that came to the house were very professional. I was able to get an appointment within two days from when I called, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

First time we used My Plumber for our home. Our plumber was Tony and his assistant Randy. Both gentleman were beyond informed and experts on the job. Tony went above the nornal plumber in explaining the work they completed and also informed us of a few things about our home’s plumbing. Thanks Tony and Randy!

I reached out to My Plumber on a recommendation from a family friend for help with installing a garbage disposal and replacing our old dishwasher that had stopped working. Having had bad experiences with big box installations in the past we decided to have a plumber do the work versus the store. Tony was on time, identified a potential issue with how our pipe was coming up from the basement and resolved it at the same time of install. They even hauled away the old dishwasher. He was very informative and made sure the work was done right. Very reasonably priced for the work and I love the new dishwasher and garbage disposal! I will certainly use them again for plumbing help!
