Called Cathy’s yesterday afternoon and a kind lady answered quickly. Told me that they would try to be out the next day. Well, Paul and James came out this morning. Very friendly. Explained what they would do, and what to expect. They were hard working and got the job done! Could not be happier with the quick response and work performed. Believe the price was fair and reasonable for the work performed. Also liked the fact I didn’t have to speak to a recording and hope for a callback. That is a nice bonus these days. I highly recommend using Cathey’s to anyone having a septic issue.

Great service from Cathey’s team! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned our almost-full-to-overflowing tank quickly. We’d just bought this house and even the county surveyors couldn’t tell us where the lateral lines for the tank were, but the Cathey’s team was able to give us a good approximation. Highly recommend!

The owner was extremely rude and I’ll be sure to never recommend another client to them. The owner called me 40 mins prior to an inspection asking me questions that should have been discussed the day prior or when I scheduled the appointment for my client. Told me that I can take my business somewhere else and then hung up on me.

We rented a porta potty from Cathey for an event that we had on the weekend at our house. They dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Tuesday. Communication was excellent, price was the best around (I called and got several quotes) and unit was spotless upon delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate use them again and will recommend them to others.

Fastest I have ever had a truck show up. Definitely the most expensive I’ve ever hired, but in an emergency, it is worth it if they are always this fast.
