Had a dye test and camera inspection for sewer. Jon was quick to respond and thorough in his work. Highly recommend for any plumbing work needed. Honest and fairly priced as well

UPDATE:::: To say you lost my number and estimate is extremely unprofessional since we corresponded numerous texes so now am glad if you can even be honest about a quote I may have dodged a bullet with this company really sad excuse also had my email as well so please it would have been better to admit you didnt want this job honesty is usually best !!!! ……………..I generally want to recommend small businesses which is why I contacted them for a sewer line repair and other plumbing work . So heres the thing if you cant do it or out of your wheel house super unprofessional to not return an either an estimate or explanation on why you might not be able to do the job ! I gave a 2 cause at least someone came to look at the job but I think it is awful to blow a customer off even if they cant do the job ! Two months ago to look and zero response calling out the unprofessionalism here every one deserves some respect especially potential clients and potential referrals

Quoted us for sewer line replacement at less than half the price of the other place AND included concrete replacement. Jen is kind to work with and always returns calls. We had some hiccups with the weather and had to wait for certain services, but I think that’s just to be expected. We’ve also had valve replacements done, and those were a breeze for them. Very happy & would definitely recommend.

*Tenats* BE VERY AWARE… this company works with landlords in which they come into the home make false reports up for the landlord and not actually fix the problem, so they can continue to come back and then the landlord will charge the tenant saying their reports state its a tenants problem. I would never recommend this company or allow them into your homes. They help landlords extort tenants out of money. I just won my case with my landlord now Im coming after this horrible, low values having, poor customer service, lying plumbing company. And thats why everything is recorded in my home, for times like this!!

I had a gas service line leaking and needed to get a replacement. I was quoted up to $6000 by another company. JH&S priced me much more reasonably and came out quickly and completed the work fast. The gas was on again the next day after Peoples inspected it. I appreciated the communication and service they provided for this type of job on my home that was unexpected during a spring freeze. Will call them again for plumbing needs.
