I contacted this company for a water drip in my shower head. I explained the issue, and the plumber said it just needed a cartridge replacement and quoted me $450. Although I thought this was pricey, I agreed and scheduled the appointment. The plumber arrived, replaced the cartridge, but it didn’t fix the problem. He then suggested that the issue might be due to high water pressure and recommended replacing the PRV valve for an additional $600. I agreed, but this also didn’t solve the problem. Next, he said another cartridge needed replacing, which would cost an additional $300. However, he didn’t have the part and needed to come back another day. By this point, I had spent $1,050 for a small water drip, and the problem was worse than before. And they wanted another $300. I decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion. The new plumber confirmed my suspicion that the first one was trying to squeeze more money out of me. He explained that the correct cartridge that was causing the problem should have been replaced first, which would have fixed the issue, and any competent plumber would have known that. Instead he replaced the transfer valve with the wrong valve and made the leak come out of both the shower head and the handheld head. In the end, I paid this company $1,050 to leave the problem worse than it was initially and they wanted even more money. Customer service was unhelpful, and they showed no interest in making things right. Don’t be fooled by their offer of free estimates over the phone; they just use it to tack on unnecessary work and leave you feeling scammed and disappointed.

They completed the job but i was charged for two hours when they had to leave the property for about an hours because they didn’t have everything they needed to complete the job . I feel like they over charge and this was my 1st time using this company. They tech I spoke with was very kind .

Received same day service and tech came out shortly after initial call for an appointment. The pleasant woman who took my call was friendly and personable. I trust that the leak repair was done well if the tech and staff are any indication. No idea how to compare costs so relatively fair cost. Rare find.

I called a different plumber the day before who couldn’t fix my problem, but Express Plumbing came on time, was courteous and professional. The representative solved my problems and educated me on proper septic care. I would shout from a mountain this entity’s praises. I was so happy that I gave my technician a HUG!

We’ve been an “Express” Family for a few years now. Every time we’ve had a plumbing issue it’s been a weird time (shindig, holiday, weekend) but they always manage to come thru. Today Cody fixed a toilet that was stuck running, in no time. We appreciate your hard work and customer service! We contacted Express Plumbing and Septic after Delta Septic failed to show up for our scheduled appointment this week. I’m very grateful that Delta Septic behaved in an unprofessional manner or we wouldn’t have discovered Express Plumbing and Septic. We were able to get an appointment within two days of scheduling it. The technicians arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. Unlike Delta Septic, Express Plumbing and Septic rates are very reasonable. The cost turned out to be less than what they quoted because they offer military and law enforcement discounts. Irrespective of the discounts, their rates are some of the lowest in town. Delta Septic charged me triple the amount the first time hey pumped my septic tank and double the second time of what this company charged us. When the work was completed, the technicians took the time to talk to us about caring for our septic tank and also replaced the screws in covers over our tanks. They went above and beyond. I really appreciate the great service we received from Justin and his colleague. I’m glad we found a new plumbing and septic business that is reliable and with no hidden costs.
