Great service. Wasn’t in a rush so he came a few days after calling. I already had the system dug up so he got it pumped in a jiffy. Got a riser from Hank too so it wouldnt need to be dug up again. He came back a day or 2 later with the correct size for my lid. Would recommend to anyone. He always replied to my txts.

He did a great job. Cleaned it out very well. He communicated with me on when he would be here. Told me up front what the cost would be, and that is what the final bill was. Very friendly. Would highly recommend and I will use him agian if needed.

Called Hank in mid afternoon, he got to my house, helped with the digging, & quickly had my completely full tank empty. The plumbers I had the previous day spent 6 hours, charged me $475 & accomplished nothing. Hank was comparatively a bargain & I was able to flush my toilet more than twice a day for the first time all week. Thanks Hank.

Hank Russell inspected and pumped my septic tank yesterday. He replaced the concrete outlet baffle that was deteriorating and installed risers so no digging will be required for future service. Each step of the service was explained thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Hank Russell Septic Service!
