Charlie is the best. He is honest, has bailed me out of jam twice and is is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Grateful I found him and will be using him again!

I called Charlie at Chilhowee Plumbing and told him that I needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He returned my call promptly and came out to see what he needed to do the job. He returned early the next morning and did an excellent job. I appreciated his suggestions. He left the place cleaner than it was when arrived.

I highly recommend Chilhowee. I was without water because of a big leak in my yard from the main line. They came out and got it fixed the next morning. They were on time and fixed some of the incorrect plumbing work they found in my main line left behind by a different company. You won’t regret calling Charlie and his crew.

Mr. Charlie is salt of the earth. We had a notice from our city meter reader that we had a leak on our end. We didn’t have a plumber so I looked up Maryville Matters reviews on FB. Hands down, he was the most recommended. When calling, he was responsive, explained the potential problems in layman’s terms, and laid out the steps of easiest to worse-case scenarios. He took care of everything! He called the service to locate our underground infrastructure, called me back multiple times to let me know where we stood in the process and to know he had us covered. He ended up being able to squeeze us in that day and realized it was a best-case scenario for us. He took care of cancelling the infrastructure labeling, etc. Chilhowee Plumbing will be our plumbers exclusively hence forth. You definitely should use and trust them!

I called on Wednesday to inform Charlie of my commode problems and he was willing to try to work me in on Thursday even though they were booked up. Called and showed up promptly Thursday to resolve my problems. Showed pictures of problem areas and explained everything before doing the repairs which turned out to be complicated. Very professional and well qualified as well as being budget friendly. Charlie and Scot did a great job.

Mr. Allmon came to our home on the weekend during the hours his business was closed, for an emergency repair. He did testing to determine why our water heater was no longer working, was leaking, and was making a noise. It was beyond repair, so he installed a new one and replaced the faulty pipes under the house. Mr. Allmon was very nice and considerate. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional. His prices are reasonable, and his work is excellent. We highly recommend Chilhowee Plumbing and will always use them for our plumbing needs.
