I just had the best experience I’ve had in a long time! Cody(not sure how his names is spelled) come to my house. Fix a leak I’ve had in my bathroom upstairs for the last 7ish months, also replaced my toilet DOWNstairs because it was “running” every 4 min 🙄. It’s such an old toilet that the “guts” inside couldn’t even be replaced. Cody had everything he needed to fix my leak and replace my toilet in a reasonable time! Would highly recommend and hope you have the same amazing experience I did!

I asked Browns to come back to my house and repair a copper leak. I “claimed” should be under warranty, but in reality it had nothing to do with the work they had done. Not only did Brown’s come take a look at my leak but they helped diagnose the issue. Then they did not charge me a 1 cent. I was responsible for a service call (at least $150), but they did not charge me. Their original work was leak free and still doing it’s job perfectly. If you are looking for customer service, I would recommend Brown’s Plumbing.

We went to Browns plumbing in Marysville to get a new hot tub. Family owned business with lots of experience & tons of knowledge. We had our tub for a few days & Cameron came over to check in & answer any questions. If your looking for a hot tub or plumbing stop in and see Jeff & Cameron, they will take care of you. We recommend 100%!

Our entire lower backyard was flooded after a visit from a tech. We left a voicemail thinking, “Hm. It’s very strange that our pump is now gushing water immediately after a technician just came out.. and now they are not responding to our voicemails or calls.” When we finally got a hold of them, we were told that this issue is “not their problem now”, and basically were disrespected verbally over the entire duration of the phone call. We were offered no solutions, and funny enough, he actually brought up payment before addressing the entire issue of water gushing out of our pool pump. The entire ordeal was incredibly stressful, how we were spoken to after calling and addressing the issue was completely unacceptable. I’ve documented everything, including a video of the water leaking (if leaking is the proper word for something that resembled a water hose spewing non-stop) as well as assess any damage to our property that might occur because of this. We are also leaving reviews with the BBB. Really bummed out 🙁

Twice I accidentally called out of my area for plumbing repair,( typical internet search issues) and when I called this place, Jeff wouldn’t let me off the line until I understood what might be going on with my well. Lots of help over the phone and got me going on the right direction. My family thanks you.

Always so helpful and knowledgeable. I went to other companies in town before I found Brown’s and they sold me items that I didn’t even need. Brown’s has great customer service and excellent pricing.

Very friendly and helpful Provided great insight to questions asked. Respected the fact that when I asked for parts they didnt just point me in a direction and send me off to wonder aimlessly. This will be my go to for all my plumbing needs and solutions
