Cindy stated I would receive a call prior to the plumber showing up. I did nit receive a call and when I called and takes to cindy she said she tried calling but did I did not answer and therefore sent her technician to his next call. I asked why she did t try to call again in a few minutes or leave a voicemail she said she was busy and didn’t have time for that. I che jet my cell phone and there was no record of her calling. I rearranged my schedule to be at home all afternoon! I would never call this company again! Cindy stated they are a small company and she doesn’t have time to keep calling people. It’s no wonder they are small. Hiw can they grow with the customer service she delivers! Call anyone else but Prouts Plumbing!

WE have been customers for 20 years….so when it was time to buy a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal we went with Prouts because of the quality products they stock and work with. Cindy was very patient with us as we were changing our minds on the faucet type. She found the ONE that we had been searching for high and low for one month! In addition, Danny was fabulous with the removal, and new installation. And we had to have our toilets repaired as well

The owner has a preference on how he likes his 9 year old girls to look and has no problem voicing his opinions on it. I would stay away from this company if you have kids

Be aware that they do not take credit cards. Cash or check only but will not take checks over the phone. Work was fine but took forever. Not very user friendly for snowbirds that are not there all of the time.
