Needed our septic tank cleaned out ASAP. Gave this info to my dad. My dad wanted to call a few places to get a quote but every place he called was being lazy and acting like they couldn’t do it today because it was later in the day. My dad calls these guys and the man who answered was busy but said he would try if his next appointment canceled and they did so he showed up and had it done in under an hour!!! I believe his name was Mark. Gave my dad a great price. My dad was very impressed with his work and how he knew what he was doing. He also liked that Mark made it happen. We appreciate it a lot. These things need to be taken care of immediately and because of Marks professionalism and speedy work, we were able to do just that. Thank you.

I called and Mark answered my call right away. He was able to come in and inspect our septic tank. The same day he drained it and took care of business. Best rates in town. Highly recommend!

Called the day after Thanksgiving and Saturday as well with no response from them. What does 24/7 mean? Even if they couldn’t come to my house they could have called to let me know. Not very professional.
