Excellent company — plumber worked quickly, cheerfully and was very good about cleaning up afterwards. We couldn’t be happier with his work. He solved the problem quickly without having to take the toilet out. Very happy that we hired this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I would not recommend this company because of terrible customer service. I hired Michael Brandano to replace my hot water heater on Sept 6 2023. The work was nicely done the next day by Phil H. I paid for the service in full on site. The agreement was that they would pull, pay and close both plumping and electric permits (for my system both permits were required by the town). But they didn’t schedule an inspection to close the permits afterwards. I had to keep calling the town to check the status and following up with Michael to remind them to close the permits. Finally on Dec 15, 2023 they scheduled the inspector to come and Michael texted me saying “both the electrical and the plumbing will be signed off by the end of the day”. Today, on Jan 17 2024, I called the town to check the permit status, and was told the plumbing permit was closed but the electrical permit is still open. I called the office and Michael answered. He was very rude on the phone complaining about me calling too many time about closing the permits. Then He said “fine, I will call the electrician to close the permit” and hang up while I was talking! I was shocked by his attitude when it is his job to close all permits! Wow what terrible customer service this is! I highly doubt he would schedule the inspection. I will update.

Michael Brandano is a very hard worker, I HIGHLY recommend! He has been doing this work for well over 20 years! Honest, upfront, & will definitely get back to you ASAP! He has a very big heart, he truly is a very caring person. Very proffessional, courteous, & funny too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Goes ABOVE & BEYOND for his customers!

I want to truly thank Shawn M. and the team at Brandano Plumbing who came to my home and replaced my worn-out water heater. The previous install was an absolute mess and showed the professionalism that Shawn had and the work he put in to do the job right. I have used Brandano for years and they have always done a superior job. Shout out to Mike for hiring outstanding people that care and do a great job. I am excited to continue to do business with this organization for many years to come.

I bought a mobile home and found out afterwards that all of the pipes had frozen and split. Every pipe in the house needed to be replaced. The pipes could not be accessed from underneath because there was only 8″ of space below the unit. I called Brandano and they came out and came up with a plan to make a trench in the floor rather than try to fish from underneath. I was a panicked mess but Brandano’s crew came in and cut the trenches, drilled the holes, fished the new pipes and replaced the flooring over the trench. For what they did I think the price was reasonable because to me it was a huge job. They completed the entire project in two days including finished faucets and a brand new hot water heater. Overall I am not only impressed I am very pleased at the rate they put this home back together. I can relax now.

Can’t say enough good things about Brandano Plumbing, response time was amazing even at 4:00 am, workers arrived within hours. Could not have been any nicer or professional. This is the second time that we’ve had to use Brandano’s for an emergency and I can’t imagine using any other company.

We have been using Brandano Plumbing for our home and our investment properties for over 30 years. They are reliable and professional. Some may say they cost more, but you get what you pay for and these guys always get the job done.
