I highly recommend Hatz Plumbing. We just moved into our house and had several plumbing projects. Tim, the owner, fixed all our issues efficiently. He also gave good suggestions and answered all our questions. All for a good value. Plus, Tim seems very down to earth – a family guy running a family business. I just relocated to Ohio and the home i purchased needed a little work done on the plumming, When I say I called this man today for service, and not only did he show up on a very busy day for him, he was on time!, very polite man, he took his time to explain things to me I otherwise would not have known. Practical and professional. It’s why I like working with family owned businesses. When I called Hatz, I talked directly to the owner, Tim, who asked great questions and set himself up for success and a speedy, cost-effective visit. Tim and John handled 3 jobs in my home faster than I could have done a single job myself! Tim helped us understand his fix-it approach to all of our issues, and we are very happy with the results. I will definitely call him again, and you should call him too.

Hatz Plumbing was wonderful to work with! They were on time, gave clear explanation for all the work needed and took time to answer questions and address any concerns. Tim is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. Tim examines the issue after arriving promptly and took the time to explain some of the quirks of the 100 year home we just recently purchased. We discussed what the varying options were and then had a recap on how to best move forward after the work was done, as the pipes and design itself are causing the issue. He made the draining better and also cleaned up. I am happy that he was recommended to us. Great guy and amazing professional.

I have been looking for so long for a good plumber who is actually reliable and knows what they’re doing. The owner, Tim, was able to identify issues that other plumbers had missed, which would have cost me a lot more time and money had he not found them. He knows what he’s doing, and now I trust my pipes with no one else but Hatz Plumbing.

Hatz Plumbing is a fantastic contractor. Tim, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable about plumbing repairs, as well as a quick communicator. This isn’t a contractor that will leave you hanging for days before they gets back to you. Reasonable estimates, quick service, and they do a great job. Hatz off to them.

Everything went super smoothly. Helpful advice the whole time and super fast response. Would use again 10/10
