We called these people and they charged us $157.00 for the service call and said they would be here by 4pm. When they did not show they said they would not be able to come until the next day. I called the next day at 1:30 to get an ETA and the guy that answered told me the tech was not responding. So I asked him to cancel and he said I would need to call the office for a refund. So I asked him for the office number and he gave me the same number I just called. So I questioned that and he said yes! So I asked him for the refund and he acted like it was a totally brand new conversation. SO WEIRD! Hopefully, we get a refund, but would NEVER USE THIS PLACE AS IT SEEM LIKE A SCAM!

My husband only hires the best. He “interviews” and spends time making sure our home is only worked on by the top of the crop. Blue Box has been to our new home many times to fix and repair mistakes from the past owner. He’s been very happy with their work, so I know I can write this review with confidence. My husband is a small business consultant and perfectionist, so if he’s happy, I’m happy. Thank you Blue Box for being reliable and giving insight that helped us avoid future issues. My husband says you’re “reliable and honest” and that speaks volumes, so, I took the time to write this. Thanks Blue Box!

Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they “think” the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn’t let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We called Blue Box when the hot water in the kitchen just started to dribble out, same for the guest bath too and it had problems with the cold water too. They gave us an quote $530 cheaper than a competitor to completely remove all the galvanized supply lines (both hot and cold) under the house. It took Plumber Pete a couple days to complete the arduous task but the water now comes out in a strong, full stream and hotter than ever. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service. Justin fixed our problem so quickly. They were great and super friendly.

Horrible drivers!! Guy almost ran me off the road 12/1/16 on Ulmerton in St. Pete. That loser almost had a law suit that would have put this company in bankruptcy. If their drivers are that inattentive and reckless I can only imagine how they operate as a business.
