A service guy pulled thru my yard not the driveway I’m assuming was at the wrong house and tore down the driveway going absolutely too fast the did the same at the neighbors house. I would not use this clearly unprofessional company for anything and when I come out with my hand up the speed away leaving a cloud of dust

Called Emory Garland for a few plumbing tasks, He was very responsive, On time, Respectful, Did very nice work. Kept everything clean throughout the whole process! It is hard enough nowadays to find a trustworthy plumber to come in and do what’s expected unfortunately, This man did not disappoint. He will definitely be getting all my future work and referrals. Had a major blockage in my home and was having a pool party on Labor Day weekend. Numerous people coming and we had no use of our bathrooms or sinks. We contacted garland plumbing expecting a answer of coming the following day but to our surprise the owner Emory garland after hearing my desperation was there in an hour and had the problem solved and cleaned up in time for our guest to arrive. What an amazing experiance I highly recommend his company and will use him again in the further

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMMER. Very unprofessional!!! He came for a clogged toilet that was backing up my other bathroom. In the meantime, when he was checking to see what the issue was he noticed a minor repair that needed to be done on my toilet, which was not the initial issue he was called for. However, he fixed the minor issue with the toilet and never communicated how much the minor repair was going to cost on top of the real issue which was the clogged main toilet. He advised that he was going to come back the next day to snake from the roof to address the clogged bathrooms.. The next day, I waited all day for him and he never called or followed up. When he finally showed up a day after he communicated that he was charging me $300 for the minor repair he did to the toilet; this was not including the clogged toilet that he never fixed. When I researched the parts that he used to fix the toilet (he left the boxes on the bathroom floor) the total cost of the part was maybe $20.00. So this man was trying to charge me $280 for a repair that took less than 15 minutes. How does a vendor come to your residence and does not discuss the cost of the repairs before with the owner. That’s standard practice for any business. A business like this takes advantage of people, especially women from what I can see in the other reviews.
