Had a leak in my attic. Water was coming into our bathroom. Called Loggins and they sent someone over immediately to fix the issue. They were very fast, friendly and the price was fair. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do. They will definitely get the business.

Great service! Our water heater was professionally and quickly replaced with the guys feeling like close neighbors. Will definitely keep them in mind if we have any more snags or issues with our plumbing.

Do not trust these guys! I’m disappointed with this plumbing company’s overbilling. Initially quoted $110 per hour, I expected a fair transaction. However, upon completion of a 45-minute job, I was handed a bill for almost double that, citing “additional services” attributed to a helper. If you need a helper, that is your problem! I’ll never use them again – don’t make the mistake I did – beware!

Had a clogged drain. The shower, the tub , bathroom sink and the washing machine drain were all stopped up! Ugh. The guys came out and quickly unclogged the drain, price was affordable, guys were very professional but friendly! Thanks so much!

It was during the freeze in January. I needed services I called and granted, I knew they were busy and had calls out the wazoo but they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes and then disconnected the call. I will not call them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I have used Loggins Plumbing for almost 30 years now…. Unfortunately I believe its time to find a new company. The only time frame or schedule they seem to be able to manage is we will be there sometime between sunup and sundown and thats with scheduling an appointment almost a week ahead of time. Completely understand that with a service like this you cant do extreme precision scheduling but come on now a 5 or 6 hour window is not that hard to manage. That on top of issues with billing and just a lack of general care from the company has finished me off. I wont be returning as a customer
