John with Ortega plumbing and heating was amazing. Our ac unit was not working like it should. John came out the next morning and got our unit up and running again. Even went to the extent of tracking down a wire that had come loose on our switch that was not allowing our unit to turn on high. John was every professional and explained everything that needed to be done to correct the issue. Cleaned our pads and unclogged the water system in the unit that was hardly working. We will forever be life long customers. Thank you. John.

Great service. Honest and reasonable. I switched to Ortega last year because another company (a very popular BIG plumbing company based in Albuquerque) consistently did things that were sometimes a little sketchy, and other times, VERY sketchy. Ortega has been the opposite, suggesting what I could do on my own to save money and always being incredibly responsive. They’ve serviced my evaporative cooler, flushed my water line, and have done checks on my plumbing and my hot water heater. Luis and David are especially helpful. Thank you, Ortega!

My A/C unit was serviced by another company. I spent almost 2,000$ for the repair that took 2 days of tech work. A week went by and the unit stopped working. The company came out and said whatever is broken now was not their doing. I contacted Ortega. Ortega sent their tech John. Within 10mins of John’s arrival he correctly diagnosed the issue. John was able to make the repairs within a hour and was very informative. The price for the repair was unexpectedly LOW! I’d 100% recommend this company and recommend asking for John!

Had an issue with our office AC unit and John was able to come out the next day and get us taken care of, going out of his way to explain what the potential problem could be, explaining what he would do to troubleshoot, and explaining things as he went. He was quick to follow up afterwards just to check on if everything was still working right. Had a different issue come up with my home AC unit, and again, quick and great service. Overall superb, friendly, fair, and honest work. I’ll turn to Ortega again if any future issues arise.
