My husband & I had “awesome service” from Corey Grumbach & his crew. Corey walked through my home and showed us all of the plumbing that was not up to current code standards and due to the heavy rain, had to install a sump pump for us as well! His pricing was fair and what I expected based on the amount of work he did. I would “highly recommend Grumbach Plumbing to everyone”!!!

Charged me more than the agreed upon price almost 8 months after work performed. John Grumbach gave me a price 3 times before the work began. Stated the hourly rate and how long it would take. Almost 6 months later Grumbach Plumbing sent me a bill with extra charges of almost $150 for an additional helper. This additional cost was not agreed to and not provided by John Grumbach in the original estimate. Very difficult to speak to the office and Lisa even hung up on me.

This used to be a business you could count on and we’re of their word. Since the father retired it is nothing like it used to be. Unprofessional – Will tell you one thing and then tell you something else. Looking for a contract you’ll never see one- looking for them to show up like they said they would won’t happen. It’s an absolute shame that the son has taken a business. That had such a wonderful reputation and literally flushed it down the toilet. I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to I give it -10 stars.
