Very happy with ASAP’s work! ASAP came out to did a camera inspection and repair on our sewer line after we had a minor backup into our basement (an annual problem with tree roots in our sewer line). Graydon was very helpful and showed us what was going on with our 66-year-old line. He was great to answer my questions and explain the process. We were able to get the repairs scheduled quickly. Delano was the crew lead for the re-lining process and did an excellent job of explaining their work and schedule for the day. They finished on time and cleaned up everything. Graydon also explained the repairs to our insurance company. The estimate was honored and the whole process was painless.The estimate was also significantly lower than a “big name” sewer company and some local companies as well. Amazing company, amazing service. They were professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time out to explain to me piece by piece what was happening with my pipe. Also, the tech dug a hole (with my permission) and manually removed the problem items from the pipe by hand. The other scenario would have been me removing the basement floor and cutting the pipe to remove the items. He saved me two weeks of work and I’m sure thousands of dollars (even gave me advice on how to clean so I don’t overpay for a cleaning service). Last piece of advice the tech gave me was to play Diablo 2 😅. Overall great experience, would highly recommend using this company.

I would recommend this company OVER ALL OTHER Sewer and Drain cleaning related companies. Graydon, the ASAP employee, was professional, highly knowledgeable, and honest with every part of the work he completed on my mom’s house. He took his time explaining every part of the procedure to me, which was having her sewer line checked. He uploaded the video to the city for me and answered every single question I had about the process. If Graydon is a representation of what this company employs then using this company is going to make you feel highly satisfied, valued, and confident in the work they complete. I will definitely use and recommend this company to anyone who needs their service.

Highly recommend Grant and his team! We had a sewer line break and they got us back working right away. Very stressful but they talked us thru all of it. Ran into issues but he added an extra team to get us fixed. Thanks Grant and your team!

We had a massive sewer issue on our hands and ASAP underground came out and solved the problem in no time. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with our old clay mainline (which caused sewer back up), brought the crew out the next day and fixed our mainline. I cannot thank Grant and his crew enough for their outstanding job they did.

We had a section dug up and replaced it failed right after that section. Called them and never heard anything back.
