Woke up without hot water and Rocket Plumbing was here same day – diagnosed the issue, put in a new water heater, and we had hot showers that night. Great work and Luis answered all the questions I had.

Mike and Nick were great! They work smart and fast to make sure that the job was done fast, properly, and to my satisfaction. Mike answered all my questions, went out of his way to make sure I could see where the issues were, and offered great advice for the future health of our connection to the city lines. On top of all that, their prices are great! I will use again when needed without hesitation.

Nick and Mike Thank You! excellent timely professional service done properly with full information and sewer camera pictures (they are even calling the Village because there is a problem on the Village’s side- mine is good) AND they cleaned the sewer out wonderfully

Rocket Plumbing was awesome. From the initial contact with Mike, to the scheduling and completion of the project they were great. My project was a sump pump drain line excavation and repair and they handled it like true professionals. Highly recommended!!

After being without hot water for a few days and going through a bad experience with a competitive plumbing company, I was referred to Rocket Plumbing. The entire team was friendly, professional and acted with urgency to replace my water heater the same day. A big thanks to Luis and Joel for working overtime and being patient as I asked questions. My experience with Rocket Plumbing was great. My faucet was leaking and this faucet Brian the owner recommended is perfect for my sink. I especially like the sprayer and soap dispenser. Louis and his partner were on time and communicated arrival time when they were 20 minutes away. They were neat, wore shoe covers and left my kitchen as neat as they found it. Very polite and respectful men. I would definitely use them again and recommend Rocket Plumbing to anyone in need.

Luis came to install a faucet, shower trim kit, and fix under-the-sink plumbing. He was extremely responsive, and did a great job! We’re thrilled with how it all turned out, and we feel confident in our new systems.
