Terrible experience with Jay. Would give negative stars if I could. Jay had to come out and fix his job multiple times (we requested someone else however they refused to fix HIS work) extremely rude and subpar work. Would not recommend to anyone.

Mr. Lawrence is the rudest person I have ever met I will never do business there or would I advise anybody to do business there. Mr. Lawrence you are very lucky it was me instead of another customer, trust me, I will spread the word of how you acted, and I hope you loose tons of business!!!!!!

Called to get a quote or estimate and the lady that answered the phone said well I can do that for 3 weeks. I’m not in a rush to do it just looking at my options and she was very rude!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible business if I could give them negative stars I would… first of all they charged me the better part of $700 and did not fix anything whatsoever and ended up having to get somebody else to fix it… had to call them several times to get them to come and they over charged each time even though their work did not fix anything… and then when I called to try to get someone to sort it out the person on the phone had nerve enough to be rude and aggressive because I was calling them out on ripping me off and did not get my money back and they never fixed anything. Will never use them again as long as I live or recommend them to anyone.
