No words to describe the upset at having your property damaged by careless workers who then charge you for work that was not done. David is good; the others don’t know what they are doing. damaged the paint in one bathroom; damaged a brand new toilet and left the floor ruined in the other.

Was told a technician would be at my address several times and they never showed up or called letting me know that they would not make it. Now when calling, my call is almost immediately declined. Thanks for the lack of service, I guess?!?!?

Dave and Jeff were awesome and honest repairmen. They came in and fixed the broken pipe caused by the cold temps, and quoted a fair price, we were ecstatic. They had to open the carpet on the staircase and open the wall in my townhome. They did a great job with care and with great concern on the appearance, and helped us with tips on how to prevent such disasters in the future. Brad has come out to my house a couple times over the past year for an assortment of plumbing issues that arise in an older house. Every time he is able to take care of the problems quickly and effectively!

We have used Northlake plumbing in the past and they do good work but. I recently called to have them do two different jobs and have been stood up 4 times. Plumber showed up, not at the time scheduled, and did half the job. Plumber was supposed to come back the following day but never showed up. They have not have had the courtesy to call to cancel or reschedule. I spoke to someone at the office 3 different times and he would always apologize and promise to send someone out.

Dennis and Joe arrived right on time – as a matter of fact a bit early! They worked hard to diagnose the problem and were very thorough with it. Also, they kept us informed of how much it would cost us. In addition, they were respectful along with diligent workers. I would use them definitively again!

I called to schedule an appointment to check on a leak. Walter was very pleasant on the phone and informed me they could send someone out that afternoon to check on the issue. As evening was creeping up, I called to have a follow up on estimated time arrival to which I was informed by the on call personnel that, “I don’t know anything about that.” No apologies or effort to find a resolution due to their poor communication. Had I not followed up, this would’ve been a no call no show as well.

My spouse scheduled several appointments for small plumbing jobs & was stood up. Not even professional enough to be given a phone call! Will not recommend them to anyone!
