Bj absolutely knows what he is doing. We had a leak in our upstairs hall bathroom that busted through our livingroom ceiling and traveled under are floorboards. We had a plumber come to our home from some local plumbing company and tell us there was no leak, which of course was impossible. We contacted the manager and a couple of days later she sent the Master technician out who stated the same nonsense. “You have no leak”. Once Bj arrived, it didn’t take long for him to figure out the source of the leak. I’m so thankful for his patience and skill. Somebody give that man a raise.

I had a plumbing emergency . After speaking with Heather at American Leak Detectors, she was able to send someone out promptly. Hib was my technician. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. I felt the cost was reasonable. Overall, a good experience.

WOW!!! What a great company. I am in the middle of having my concrete in ground pool completely remodeled. I needed to get the skimmer, main drain and all the returns pressure tested before they begin the final build out. I called American Leak Detection at 10:00 Friday morning and left a message. Heather called me back at 10:20 AM. I explained what I needed and that I was going to be out of town next week and wanted to know if there was anyway they could come out tomorrow (Saturday). She said let me make a couple of calls and I will see if we can get out there TODAY at noon!!! She called back at 10:47 AM said it was all good to go for Noon. Brandon was the service tech who came out and did the pressure test for me. He arrived early, was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He even gave me some suggestions about the new plumbing I will be putting in. American Leak Detection was FANTASTIC to work with. What an incredible company and crew. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you have any leak detection needs. Super responsive and did an amazing job.

American Leak Detection was top notch! Wib, Brandon and Joe came into my home and worked diligently to find a slab leak. They located and fixed the leak. Cleaned up and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this company. A+

These folks are so professional and capable from the owner, the office, and the techs in the field. BJ found our leak after two other builders could not locate the problem. BJ repaired the leak and saved us money because of his expertise and experience.

I had a water leak in my home and it caused my water bill to go up to $600. I had 2 different plumbers to come out and they couldn’t find the leak anywhere. I reached out to American Leak Detection and they were able to find the leak. It was hidden underneath the concrete slab in my basement. They sent Brandon out to do the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. If you have a hidden water leak you should reach out to them. They can find the leak and fix it. I give 5 stars.
