Just turned before red wolf bridge, had to stop 600 ft unexpectedly due to a semi pulling a trailer proceded to turn from bridge onto hwy when Semi driver of Roto Rooter blared his horn aggressively. Called office to complain and office manager stated semi called as well complaining about me with a whole different story as I began to question the manager about some more information on other semi driver she couldn’t come up with anything and started stammering knowing she got caught in lie. I have cameras do to my job…. YOUR DRIVERS and company should look into it.

I want to take this opportunity to pass along a fantastic kudos to Roto-Rooter and its employee, Jay. We’ve been having issues with our septic system and needed it pumped today. Jay thoroughly cleaned the tank and explained every process he was performing as we stood outside with him to learn more about a system that we are not too familiar with. He took his time explaining the theory behind how a septic system works, the do(s) and don’t(s), and how to not fill it up too fast because we are larger family. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter based on my experience today with Jay!!!

I asked for the quote before doing the work, but they refused to do it. They pretended that they were very busy. ….It was very tricky. Then the problem was fixed in one minute and I was charged over $100. It is too expensive.

We have used Roto Rooter 4 times now. They are on time and very professional. Austin has been the technician twice now. He is very nice and knows his plumbing. Everyone is great to deal with at the Lewiston Roto Rooter.

These guys are great and professional knowledgeable skillful and very kind. I have been using them since I have been widowed since 2017. I have never been scammed nor taken advantage of they do their job they tell me exactly what I need and I feel finally that there is a company who actually listens to me without trying to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about Plumbing. I have them come out every year and do maintenance and I have never had an issue. Recommend these guys to everyone.

I’ve used this company twice. Once for a toilet back up abd omce for a faucet/waterline replacement in a difficult shower location. The workers were always friendly and quick. The shower faucet and trim set looks.Ike a brand new build not a replacement and they left everything so spotless you’d never have known they were there. They’ll be my go to for all things plumbing now.

Scheduled an appointment on line on Friday. I was given a time period someone would be at my house. Time came and went. No one called or showed up. I called and was told plumber was our until Monday. My husband called first thing Monday. 4 hrs later I called. They had no record of him calling. Was told I could get an appointment Wednesday afternoon. VERY VERY DISPLEASED is putting it mildly!!;
