Friendly and very knowledgeable especially about older equipment. I needed parts for a faucet that is 50 or more years old. Not only did he know where to look to identify the part and brand but had what I needed in stock. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them

Despite being short-staffed, Paul came to our home at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday to fix a toilet that was running. He also showed me how to fix the toilet myself if the problem should ever happen again. Outstanding service.

Had two issues to take care of through home warranty. Never called me back after calling several times. The one time they showed up came on the wrong day and time. Had to replace my appliances myself. Don’t bother calling them.

They accept home warranty claims but never come out. They’ve accepted 5 workorders to come out and look at a leak but will ghost you and it’s impossible to get ahold of them. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been waiting since January 17th. They will ignore and ghost you!!!! Keep in mind it cost me $100 every time I submit a request!

Ghosted us for weeks. Never would call us back. Finally after almost 3 weeks got ahold of them and they came out to look at the problem. They seemed confused about my toliet and how it worked. Said they would contact the warranty company before repair. Weeks went by and they continued to not call back even after calling them. I finally contacted the warranty company. They proceeded to tell me Miller bro thought nothing was wrong.
